The TireSkate 12" Deep is 24" in length and 12" The tire well is 1" deeper than the regular TS, so the wheel is more firmly held on the skate. If you have some cracks that might stop the casters, the tire can't so easily roll off this skate.
It is comes with 3" casters with ball bearings on the axle shaft for easier rolling. Check the caster page for more details. Rated at 6000 lbs. per set of 4.
