The basic caster, swivel rig, etc. is the same. The center hole in the caster is made bigger to accommodate ball bearing inserts. This has just become available in a 3" caster, so we immediately purchased some for evaluation, then made it available to our customers. It is a big jump in ease of use for a small increase in price.
