Policies
All orders are sent UPS Ground unless specified differently. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International orders may be sent by USPS Parcel Post. All orders are shipped from our shop in East Tennessee and are normally shipped within 24 hrs. Expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air) is available at additional costs and can be expensive due to boxes weighing 60-75 lbs. If the item is not in stock when you order, a ship date will be provided. We rarely go beyond 7 days without stock.
We accept checks, money orders, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Regular checks will delay shipment for a week to be sure the check clears.
Our Tireskates are guaranteed to operate to the customers satisfaction for 5 years, or your money back, including shipping costs (for domestic shipments). If you want to return a product, call our office and we will make arrangements for UPS to pick them up. If a caster needs replacing, we will send you one. We have replaced less than 10 casters in the last 5 years.
We only use your name, address, etc. to process your order. We don't sell, lease or give away our customer's information.
